CiviCO Leadership Academy Eligibility:

  • Rising talent or high potential community leader in the private, public or social sector

    • Example leaders include: Head of a business unit, VP or entrepreneur (private); city manager or elected official (public), or nonprofit executive team member or foundation leader (social)

  • Proven track record of professional success

  • Be actively engaged in the community through volunteerism and/or board membership

  • Hold peer commendations and endorsements

Key Dates:

  • Kick-off Retreat: September 19-21, 2019

  • Local Leadership Huddles: Third Thursday of the month in October, December, February, and April

  • Statewide Leadership Huddles: Third Thursday of the month in November, January, and March

  • Closing Retreat: May 2020

Full participation is critical for this program.
