CIVICO LEADERSHIP PROGRAMS

The CiviCO platform provides opportunities to become a better, more informed community leader, while building valuable relationships with those who currently shape our state. CiviCO’s mission is to connect, educate and inspire Colorado’s next great leaders in the public, private and social sectors. Activated with three core leadership programs - The Governors Fellowship, The McKinsey Academy @ CiviCO and the Social Enterprises Fellowship - CiviCO provides the skills, coaching, and knowledge to improve individual leadership ability while inspiring graduates to embrace their roles as community and civic leaders.

COLORADO GOVERNORS FELLOWSHIP

The Colorado Governors Fellowship Program was founded on the premise that government is only as good as those who are in it. Attracting the best leaders to public service will create greater opportunities for growth, innovation and solving our state’s most challenging issues.
